REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
In order to gain your trust and confidence in shopping with OhGeisha, we allow refund and exchange policy as follows:-
(a)
Products received with quality problems can be returned and refunded or exchanged within three (3) days from the date products received;
(b)
If size does not fit, product can be exchanged within three (3) days from the date products received. However, apparels with one size (free size) are not allowed for any exchange. Should you wish to exchange for other designs, you are to exchange any clothes from OhGeisha of same or higher value.
Please note the following items which are not considered as defects:- (a)
Slight colour differences from the actual picture, thread fray ends, wrinkles,
slight mis-alignment of seams, minor tear on seams which can be hand stitched; (b)
Button loss. Replacement of buttons will be sent to you. We however will send a full set of button replacement which will match your clothes in the event that the same button is unavailable;
(c)
Minor stains (especially on light colour clothes) eg. washable stains, smudges and dirt will not be covered;
(d)
Sizing issues (clothes do not fit, note different batches of clothes may have different sizing hence take note of size measurements stated before purchase);
(e)
Deliberate damage of clothes such that it will warrant an exchange;
All request for defective exchanges MUST be notified within three (3) days from date of dispatch of your order. In the event that a new piece of item is unavailable for exchange, you are allowed to purchase any clothes from OhGeisha of the same or higher value.
